Sandra Clark is our church secretary and one of the driving forces behind our women's prayer group. Each Tuesday, she emails current prayer requests to the congregation. Along with the requests, she includes a devotional thought, which is presented here. As you can see, we are blessed to have her as a part of the Central family.

Psalm 62:5-7

Find rest, O my soul, in God alone; my hope comes from him. He alone is my rock and my salvation; he is my fortress, I will not be shaken. My salvation and my honor depend on God; he is my mighty rock, my refuge.

I find rest for my spirit in God alone. I find hope in only Him. My Father is my stronghold and He will rescue me. He is the castle in which I dwell. This mighty castle is built to withstand an earthquake. No wonder I fear no threat of man. No wonder I can feel safe within the storms of life.
